Post Opening -Technical Support Executive(Inbound)

Nos of Opening – 200.

Location - Noida

Candidates must have excellent troubleshooting skills in Windows Operating System(Win7, Vista, XP, 2000), Home Routers, Modem and Basic Hardware troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting cases includes - No Internet issues, Antivirus related issues, Windows corrupted issues, Reloading windows, Email incoming outgoing issues, Browser Issues, Virus issues etc.

Candidates should have excellent English communication skills. He/She should be able to speak to US/UK/AUS customers and handle their Technical issues with the highest degree of satisfaction over the phone.

International call center experience is preferred.

Qualification- Any Graduate/Under Graduate/B.E or B.Tech can also apply.

Compensation : Between 10k to 35k + Both sided cab and Meal Free
