Position: Sr. Recruitment Associate (For a South Delhi Recruitment Organization)

Remuneration: Best in the industry + Huge Incentives

Location: South Delhi

Desired Candidate must,

 Enjoy recruiting, talking to people on phone and has passion for being in HR role.

 Excellent recruiting, headhunting and sourcing skills.

 Preferably must have worked at any BPO consultancy for 3 months or above.

 Able to communicate fluently in English.

 Self-driven, self-motivated, innovative and out of the box thinker with ability to drive recruitments independently.

 Open to work in challenging and extreme pressure environment.

 Able to consistently meet recruitment targets assigned on daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.

 Understand and act as per the need of the hour thereby willing to work extra hours whenever required.

 Exhibit positive energy, be a team player, enthusiastic and vibrant.

 Have passion and zeal to grow, learn and earn more money

 Be hard and smart working.

 Have leadership qualities, team player and holds patience

 Be able to find, headhunt and source candidates with ease, speed and regularity

 Have customer service knowledge and good rapport building skills.

 South Delhi based candidates given high preference.

 Candidates with own vehicles preferred not mandatory.

Once hired, the recruiter will,

 Tele-call, screen and evaluate candidates on the phone as per the client's requirements

 Prepare and maintain supporting reports/ MIS.

 Post open assigned jobs on all portals available.

 Achieve recruitment targets assigned.

 Maintain integrity and confidentiality related to company’s data and systems overall.

 Act with utmost sincerity and discipline and diligently perform all duties assigned.

 Take ownership of work given and give hundred percent to it.

 Stay compliant and adhere to company policies and procedures in everything.

 Will show eagerness to grow and openness to taking feedbacks positively.

 Excited about learning new things
