 TELE MARKETING EXECUTIVES (TME) – OUTBOUND PROCESS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling Outbound Calls. (International)

• Convincing customers about the product & its functionality.

• Up selling the product to customers over phone.

• Good convincing skill required.

• Should have a flair for sales.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication skills in English.

• Good Interpersonal Skills.

• Convincing, energetic and presentable.

• Ready to work in Sales and under Targets.

BENEFITS:

• FIXED Saturday & Sunday off.

SHIFT TIMINGS:

 DAY SHIFT – 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM

 NIGHT – 09:30 PM – 06:30 PM

SALARY:

 Fresher’s – Grade A1 – A2

• Rs. 11,000 – RS. 15,000 / MONTH (Fixed) + INCENTIVES

 Experienced – Grade B1 – B2.

• Rs. 17,000 – RS. 20,000 / MONTH (Fixed) + INCENTIVES
