We are hiring for our office ? Sector 5 Kolkata for the following positions:-

Key Skills:-

1. Customer Care Executive

a) To call the clients.

b) To participate in sales related to software and Antivirus.

c) To troubleshoot Technical problems.

d) To propel new clients and take care of old and existing clients.

2. On Call Closer

a) To sale our Software and Antivirus.

b) Make them aware about the technical issues.

c) To Interact with business clients and convince them to take our services.

d) To giving the Services after troubleshooting the problem.

e) To make your service more responsiveness.

Requirements:-

1. Customer Care Executive ?

a) Fluent communication in English.

b) Comfortable in all shifts.

c) Able to take targets.

d) Graduate, undergraduate, class 8-10 all can apply.

e) Age should be 18 - 28.

f) Male and female both can apply.

2. On Call Closer

a) Should have experienced in US tech Process.

b) Should have the knowledge about get way payment.

c) Experience should be 1 year to 2 years.

** We are also looking Experienced candidates for the executive post.

Shift Timing:

6 pm - 3 am (DROP)

9:30 pm - 6:30 am

with Day Shift
