One of our Gurgaon based multinational technology clients that designs, manufactures and deploys advanced robotics systems for automation at distribution and fulfilment centres is looking to welcome more like-minded people to their ever-growing family.
Responsibilities :
Part of team which will act as the back end support of the service support Engineers and Managers.
Develop the Customer Assistance Cell which will be the central information cell for all the issues and developments on any of our running systems.
The Customer Assistance Cell would be responsible for logging all the field complaints and monitoring SLA's of engineers and customer support managers via support ticketing software.
Analyzing the field issues and escalating the concerned changes to the product design team.
Monitoring Sorter and Butler systems for troubleshooting PAN India.
Empowering service engineers with any resources which will help them to work more effectively
Proactive approach towards solving customer issues.
Skills :
Experience of 1 to 2 Years in BPO will be preferred.
Graduate Degree with Semi Skilled
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Complete understanding of basic technical principles, theories, and concepts in mechanical and Electrical engineering for our products.
Passion for addressing customer issues and solving it over the phone & Technical Customer Support Engineer.
Should be good in Excel (for Presentation and data analysis).
