Designation: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Location: Ambattur - Chennai - Work from the office
SHIFT TIMING: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including all the breaks in between)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Understanding the needs of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
Explaining to the customers the benefits and offers related to the products
Verify customer details and guide them through the application gateway
Desired Candidate Profile:
Good Communication
Ability to convince customers
Assist customers with all their queries
Salary Package: 1.8LPA to 2.75LPA + Incentives + Overtime Allowance
Working Days: 6 days of Working and 1 Day of rotational Off
