GlobalEdx is Hiring Customer Service Executive for it 's Bangalore Client.
Responsibilities :
1. Almost entirely field-based role. (Must have 2-wheeler and licensed to ride).
2. Be fully trained in Emergency Response Processes
3. Initiate and coordinate deployment of service(s) to customers at their location.
4. Ensure stability of service and baseline quality from 3rd party service vendor, before moving onto service requests of another customer.
5. Be present at customer location when vendor service closes to ensure completion in all aspects.
6. Record and update Service Requests in Ticket System
7. Cultivate and maintain Relationship with customers, record their needs in CRM system.
8. Payment follow-ups where required
Experience - Skills - Experience:
1. Any graduate, preferably in humanities or Social Work
2. 1-2 years of field experience
3. Has good understanding of application of empathy
4. Communicates with respect well in English + Kannada. Other languages are an advantage.
