Roles and Responsibilities
•Drive business with designated customers & explore new customers.
•Handling Customers:
1.Builders
2.Contractors
3.Architects
4.Interior Designers
5.Consultants
6.Individual Home Building
•Maintain Complete data of Customers
•Negotiate & close sale.
•Maintain the customer data and detailed project chart for every customer
1.Preparation & Implementation of customer visit plan
1.Day wise customer visit plan with specific objectives
2.Weekly & monthly customer visit plan
•Handling customer enquiries with relevant information
•Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format.
•Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities, performance against the sales plan, and other key indicators to the Management Team.
•Handling customer quotation & customer Purchase Orders
•Handling customer sale invoice & acknowledgements.
•Payment Collection
•Coordinating with BDM, MM, & GM.
Salary – 15000 to 25000 pm (Negotiable for Experienced)
